Here starts the Flagler Quarry.
These are tall walls of Fossilized Coral Reef.
This is the stone that was Quarried to make landfill for the Railroad.

Seems like such a waste for landfill!
Luckily in the 60's this material was developed into what they called
Keystone.
This would be used to line walls and buildings for decorative use.
They can be seen in Vizcaya and other buildings around South Florida.

The trail continues on through the Hammock.

The erea becomes a bit more bumpy to walk through.
You really have to watch where you are going.
A drop here looks painful!
