White Eggplant
' Cloud Nine '

 

Here is my white eggplant. This is about 1 month old.

 

Flowers begin to open at about 1 month and a half.

After the flowers drops, the stem begins to harden.

Here is the white eggplant starting to mature.
This is after about 2 weeks of the flower dropping.
