Scientific Name: Echinopsis lageniformis
Common Name: ?

These columnar cacti can grow 2-5 meters tall.
The huge flowers are about 11" wide !!!!
They start to open at night at around dusk and are gone by dawn.
My specimen in the pictures above was with me 5 years.
But then, Hurricane Katrina got hold of it and now it is gone !
